Why should kitchenware be boring? Why shouldn’t it be handmade and interesting too? This handmade trivet has been carved from Indian mango wood by traditional artisans in India. It’s totally natural, apart from four little padded feet on the bottom to stop it slipping. The wood has been shaped into the branches of the tree of life – a symbol of balance, harmony, and wisdom. Hundreds of years of skills and growth of the mango trees have gone into making this item, so it’s just the right design to have used.
